Work testimonials

  • “Michelle -- thank you for all your help this year. From having the answer to countless questions, to always being so willingly to help with closed captioning (even when you were already so busy), to managing to get everything done and making it look easy... you are truly a hero on the CIO team. I am grateful to have had you as a right hand and as someone I could always count on to assist, deliver, and go above and beyond. You are a talented designer and artist and the best EA anyone would be lucky to have -- with a generous and kind heart. I'm fortunate for not only having the privilege of working with you, but for our paths crossing. Thank you for your support and for being you.”

Content Designer @ CIO Design, IBM

  • “I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Michelle for the fantastic design guild she just led. On her own initiative, she suggested that we do a session around the digital drawing tool Procreate. After I posted it to the agenda, I had several people tell me how much they were looking forward to the session, so Michelle really had a winner of an idea. Michelle only planned to share for 15 minutes or so, but there was so much interest and questions she ended up going the full hour. She inspired many people to try the tool, and covered how it is applicable to our work. So overall Michelle: took initiative, shared something people found compelling, added a new tool to our toolbox, showcased her inspiring talent and ability, and led a great learning/engagement event. Bravo!”

  • “Leveraging your design skills fully, your work is leading the way in re-targeting, is included in multiple ELT decks, and senior leadership MBR’s. In addition, you consistently set a great example of all our guiding principles at The Hartford. If anyone needs to understand why the ‘how’ matters, and how to fully embrace and be an example of it, they should follow Michelle around for the day.”
